The subtle mix of Gamay and Cabernet offers a perfect balance to this dry rosé wine. You'll find intense aromas of strawberry and acid drops. It's a gourmet wine that we drink from April to September, any time during the day. The no rule or so-called appropriate moment to fully appreciate it.
THE ADVICE OF PLOU&FILS:
For a more conformist tasting, enjoy it in the summer with friends, at a BBQ or during an outdoor party. Best enjoyed within a year. Can be kept up to 5 years. Serve fresh.
